Educational only
Navela provides educational navigation: quizzes, program guides, AI-assisted appeal drafts, and Q&A. We are not a law firm, insurance broker, or medical provider. Output is a draft for you to review — not legal, medical, or clinical advice.
Your responsibilities
- Verify every fact, citation, deadline, and [BRACKET] before you send a letter.
- Attach clinical documentation and follow your insurer’s appeal instructions.
- Do not rely on Navela in a medical or mental-health emergency — call 988 or 911.
- Provide accurate information; do not misuse the tools for fraud.
Accounts & plans
Explorer is free with limits (for example, daily assistant messages and one full appeal letter per year unless your paid plan says otherwise). Paid features activate when checkout completes. Prices on Pricing may change; we will not surprise-charge without a checkout step.
AI & accuracy
AI drafts can be incomplete or wrong. We train prompts on TX/FL/NJ program knowledge, but laws and insurer rules change. Confirm against official sources linked in our guides.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navela is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions you make based on drafts or guides, including denied claims, missed deadlines, or school outcomes.
